The GEICO agent was nice and definitely seemed to know what they were talking about, which I appreciated. Still, the whole call felt a little rushed, and I had to ask a couple things more than once to make sure I understood. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it did leave me wondering if everything was explained as clearly as it should’ve been. Overall, it was okay, just not as reassuring as I’d hoped.

"I wish the billing had been smoother"
I really wanted this to work out, but the billing experience was frustrating. My payments never seemed to go through correctly, and I kept having to deal with issues that should’ve been simple. Looking back, I wish I’d paid closer attention to the billing problems before sticking with it.

"The claim process was such a headache"
I filed a claim after a minor accident and, it turned into a whole mess. It felt like every time I called, I got passed to someone else, and of course nobody ever calls back when they say they will. The emails were saying one thing, the rep was saying another, and somehow it took forever just to get a basic answer. This kind of thing always seems to happen when you actually need help. Super frustrating, and I’m seriously thinking about switching...

"App is decent, website could be smoother"
The mobile app has been fine for me when I need to make payments or pull up ID cards. My wife has used it a couple times too and didn’t have any issues. The website, though, feels a little clunky and slow at times. It also takes more clicking around than it should to find policy details...

The quote was close, I guess, but the final price still ended up being a bit higher than what I was expecting. The wording made it sound like that was the price I’d be paying, so it felt a little misleading when the total changed

"Terms changed and then everything got canceled"
They changed the terms on my policy without really making it clear, and I didn’t even realize what had changed until things started going wrong. Then the whole cancellation mess kicked off, and support wasn’t much help at all. I ended up spending way too much time trying to get it sorted out, which was really frustrating.

"i’ve been with geico for a while..."
i’ve been with geico for a while, but my premium just keeps creeping up. i haven’t had any tickets or accidents, and nothing has really changed on my end, so seeing the bill go higher every renewal has been frustrating.
i called to ask about it, but the explanation felt kind of generic and didn’t really help. maybe geico still makes sense for some people, but it’s just not affordable for me anymore, so i’m shopping around now.

I went on geico.com to look at getting new auto insurance, but the coverage choices just didn’t really work for me. I was hoping to tweak things a bit more and add a few extras, but some of the options I expected weren’t there. Maybe it works for other people, but for what I needed, it wasn’t

"Bad timing turned into a long wait"
I called for roadside help and ended up waiting forever, but I think the timing was just awful. Whatever was going on that day, nobody ever showed up, and it was really frustrating sitting there wondering if help was actually coming.

"Payout didn’t feel fair to me..."
The claim payout felt way too low for the amount of damage. I kept having to push back, ask questions, follow up... and even after all that, I still ended up paying more out of pocket than I expected!

I’ve tried getting in touch with Geico a few times now , and it just feels like I’m being passed around . The calls kept bouncing from one person to another , and the emails I sent didn’t really answer anything . It’s super frustrating when you actually need help right away

"Discounts didn’t really come through"
I was expecting to see at least a couple discounts I qualified for, but barely anything showed up for me. It was frustrating, and I can see other customers feeling the same way if they’re counting on those savings.
